Refund policy

All requests for credit must be made within 7 days of delivery, and a restocking fee will apply.

  • Refunds will not be provided; instead, store credit will be issued for approved returns.
  • To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items cannot be returned if they are used, damaged, or due to a change of mind.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • This also applies to orders placed but not shipped due to additional freight charges based on you location, store credits can be issued, not refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
We do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation & Shipping Terms
If an order is placed using an incorrect shipping method, or if additional freight charges are required to deliver to the nominated location and the customer does not agree to those charges, the order may be cancelled. Any reasonable costs or fees incurred by us in processing the order may be deducted from any credit issued. Where applicable, cancellations will be issued as store credit only. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any other order cancellations will be issued as store credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less the re-stocking fee and freight) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
