Shipping policy

When do we ship?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, not on weekends. This can be 1-5 days after you place the order depending on your payment method and how long your financial institute takes to release the funds. For this reason we are unable to release order urgently. 

Where do we deliver?

For a seamless delivery our preference is to ship to a business address where the appropriate staff & equipment are available to unload your order during normal  daytime business hours. 

We deliver Australia Wide.
We do not deliver large items to Post Office boxes or overseas addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

The Delivery Fee is shown when you proceed to the Check Out stage before you complete your order and make payment. Select the most suitable option based on your delivery situation. Charges start from:

  • $30 delivery fee: Flat rate Business to Business (B2B) metropolitan or capital city. Usually within 35km of State/Territory Capital city. The business must be open during standard office hours with someone available to receive the order and not be located in an residential or rural area. (this freight option does not apply to work from home or home business's) Rate also excludes large and/or heavy pumps.
  • $35 delivery fee: Residential metropolitan or capital city. Usually within 35km of State/Territory Capital city. The location must have someone available during standard office hours to receive the order. Additional & Redeliver fees apply. Rate also excludes large and/or heavy pumps.
  • Pick up instore: 'Click & Collect' from NCPS Industrial, Para Hills West store location. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect.
  • $40 Outer Metro & Regional: Contact us via Email or Phone to obtain a delivery quote, based on your delivery address. You can opt to pay $40 at check out now and if your location incurs additional fees/charges for the selected product we can offer payment over the phone for the additional amount. 

Don't worry, if you select the incorrect option we'll call you to confirm the change or advise any additional charges.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

All deliveries require a signature (proof of ID may be requested) and will arrive Monday - Friday during business hours. If you are not available to accept the delivery, a card will be left containing instructions for collection of your delivery and additional fees apply. It's not preferred but we can change your deliver to ATL at your request.
